Prior to returning any item: You must email within 14 days of placing the order. Return requests are processed via email only.
In the request, include your name, date of purchase, and quantity/description of the items you would like to return. Return requests emailed beyond 14 days of the sale date will not be authorized.
Once you receive an authorization to return an
item:
Ship the return package with Delivery Confirmation for your
protection within 7 days.
The item(s) should be returned in the same packaging material in which it was received to protect it from damage. If you fail to ship the returned merchandise within 7 days, you will not be eligible for a credit. Allow 5 business days (Monday-Friday) processing time once we receive the return for a credit to be issued to your card. You will receive an email confirmation once the credit is processed.
Special Order Items: Special orders (items not available online) are not eligible for credit and may not be returned. If you have any questions about purchasing a special order item, please ask them prior to making a purchase.
Wrong Item Shipped: We do our best to carefully fill
and package your order. However, occasionally mistakes
happen.
If you receive the wrong item with your order, you must notify
Screaming Eagle Stained Glass Studio at customer service within 5
days of receiving the shipment.
We will work with you on the best solution to get the correct
item to you.
All items shown on the web site are in stock and ship within two days after receipt of payment.
"Gone But Not Forgotten" items are not in stock. If you see something you like, contact us and we may be able to make
the stained glass object.
All pieces are individually wrapped in plastic. Open the
package immediately and inspect glass before removing
plastic.
If breakage occurs you must contact the shipper and file a damage claim within twenty-four hours.
